What does "bica" mean?

The word "bica" (pronounced BEE' kah) comes from Portugal.  It's a popular slang term for espresso (and the Portuguese make a damn fine espresso, we must say). For our purposes, "bica" means video that's concise, powerful, and full of energy. But hopefully, it won't keep you up at night.

What is Bica Productions?

Founded in 1997 by a small cadre of graduate students at the University of Texas at Austin's Radio-Television-Film program, Bica Productions now fulfills the media needs of progressive thinkers and innovative companies from West Coast, to Gulf Coast, to our current home base on the East Coast (Brooklyn, New York).
